The SafetySuite is more than just backup. Yes, a robust offsite hosted backup is the core of the Suite but this one is specifically designed to protect your EDI operation. Installed and monitored by the EDI Options safety team the SafetySuite silently protects all of the files and procedures that makeup your working EDI systems.
As a SafetySuite subscriber your EDI systems can be restored at any time to any location by trained EDI Options personnel. An EDI Options Safety expert will install the SafetySuite and review your systems to setup the appropriate protections for EDI to insure complete protection. Your systems can be restored from failure or disaster up to 3 times per year and can be relocated for any reason once per year. If you have a PC failure, a fire or contamination of your workspace we can quickly get you back in business by restoring your EDI environment to a PC or laptop in any other location equipped with internet access.
Even if you have your own backup procedures the SafetySuite specifically secures the EDI environment and includes EDI Options’ internal expertise to get it restored and reconfigured and ready to run in the event of an emergency. If you have a disaster, EDI Options can go to work immediately getting your EDI pipeline opened up again leaving your personnel free for other issues that will need addressing.
